Ashley House
The Ashley House is Block Island’s newest guest house, and features nine beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with queen size beds, and private bathrooms. Tall ceilings and large windows allow each room a spacious and bright atmosphere. Each room is equipped to accommodate two guests while two of the nine rooms can hold a third. All rooms have heat and air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan. Every room is also equipped with a TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
To reserve a room at the Ashley House for two or more nights a 50% deposit is required on a credit card. For a single night 100% is required when booking the reservation. There is a six day cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled at least six days prior to arrival for a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Changes may not be made within six days of arrival. We regret that early departures and late arrivals are non refundable. There is a two night minimum stay at the weekend rate and three nights on holiday weekends.
