Ashley House

The Ashley House is one of Block Island’s newest guest houses, and features nine beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with queen size beds, and private bathrooms. Tall ceilings and large windows allow each room a spacious and bright atmosphere. Each room is equipped to accommodate two guests. All rooms have heat and air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan. Every room is also equipped with a TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Smoking and pets are not permitted at the Ashley House.

The Ashley House is conveniently located in the center of Old Harbor, the main town. We are less than a five minute walk to sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, and the Old Harbor Ferry landing. Guests of the Ashley House check in first at the Harborside Inn, located right in front of the Ashley House. We offer luggage storage if you arrive prior to check in time, or if you wish to store your belongings after check out.

Please keep in mind that internet is unreliable on Block Island. If you are depending on internet during your time here the library offers the best connection

Helpful Information About the Ashley House

To reserve a room at the Ashley House we require a 100% deposit upon booking.

We will require a 6-days notice to cancel and receive your payment back less the $25 administrative fee. If you would like to cancel, please contact our office either by email or by phone before you hit 6 days of arrival date. Within 6 days NO refunds or changes to the reservation will be allowed. We regret that early departures and late arrivals are non refundable.

There is a two night minimum stay at the weekend rate and three nights on holiday weekends.

Each credit card holder must present a valid ID at check in. Credit card holder must be present for signature.
