| ACCOMMODATIONS |

“The
Appleyard” is located on High Street, just minutes walking from Old
Harbor and the beach, in a quiet residental setting. There are two
nicely furnished guest rooms rented individually, each with a tiled
bathroom. Both rooms are on the second floor and are air-conditioned.
One room has a king bed and accommodates two people. The second room
has a queen and a twin day bed and can accommodate 3 people. Both
rooms include Direct Tv. Parking is provided and a bike rack is available.
Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the front porch.
APPLEYARD GUEST HOUSE RATES 2008
To reserve a room at the Appleyard Guest House we require a 50% deposit
on a visa or master card for two or more nights and 100% deposit for
a single night. There is a six day cancellation policy. Cancellations
with six days notice will result in a refund less the $25 administrative
fee. Within six days of arrival the deposit is non refundable. We
regret that refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.
There is a two night minimum stay at the weekend rate and three nights
on holiday weekends. The Appleyard Guest House has two guest rooms
total. The first accomodates up to 2 guests with king bed and the
second can sleep a maximum of 3 guests with 1 queen and 1 twin bed.
