| ACCOMMODATIONS |

The
Figurehead Suite is a luxury penthouse accommodation located right
in the center of Old Harbor, the main town. Enjoy ocean views in 3000
square ft of living space. All rooms are open and bright with many
windows and ceiling fans. Each of the three spacious bedrooms includes
a queen bed and TV. There are three full bathrooms all with jacuzzi
jet tubs. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining
area. The Figurehead Suite has hardwood floors throughout with tasteful
and comfortable furnishings. The location is less than a five minute
walk from the beaches, theater, shopping and the best of Block Island’s
restaurants. Other amenities include washer, dryer, VCR, private cupola,
parking for 1 car, and access to a deck with water views. Bed linens
and bath towels will be included with your rental. Smoking and pets
are not permitted.
To reserve time at the Figurehead Suite a 50% deposit is required for a nightly booking and 100%
in advance for a weekly booking. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are only refundable less
a $25 administrative fee if the reserved time is fully rebooked. We regret that we do not give
refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
