This
property is located on Center Road where it intersects with Old Town
Road and Beacon Hill Road. The distance from town and from Crescent
Beach (the sandy beaches, great for swimming) is about one mile. Walking
would take about 15 to 20 minutes and biking would be more like 10
to 15 minutes. The house consists of three levels with an apartment
on each level. When available all three units may be reserved together
to accommodate larger groups. They are also available separately on
a nightly or weekly basis. All the apartments have been recently updated
with furnishings and decor. First Floor, 2 Bedroom Apartment: Sleeps
four comfortably and six maximum. This unit has two bedrooms, one
with a queen and the second with one double bed. In the living room
there is loveseat sized futon for additional bedding and an “L” shaped
couch. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to a dining area seating
four. There is one full bathroom. Second Floor, 2 Bedroom Apartment:
Sleeps four comfortably and six maximum. The bedrooms have one queen
and one double bed. The living room has additional bedding consisting
of a double pullout futon & a chair futon (single, child size). There
is one full bath, and a well equipped kitchen open to a dining area
for four.. The second level also has a small deck. Third Floor, Studio
Apartment: Sleeps four maximum. This unit has an open floor plan with
queen bed, plus a double pullout futon and one chair futon (single
child size). There is a kitchenette and one bathroom.. All units have
TV and VCR and are nicely decorated with hardwood floors and “pottery
barn” style furnishings. For additional information please call us

Center
Road Apartments 2008 Rates and Guest Information:
To reserve time at the Center Road Apartments on a nightly basis a
50% deposit is required for two nights or more. For a single night
100% is due at the time of booking on a Visa or Master Card. All weekend
reservations do require a two night minimum stay at the weekend rate
and three nights on holiday weekend such as July 4th.
To reserve at the weekly rate 100% is due in advance. For either nightly
or weekly rentals, in the event that you need to cancel refunds are
only given less a $25 administrative fee if your reservation is fully
rebooked.
Pets and smoking are not permitted at this property.
