Veranda Apartment at the Figurehead
This brand new two bedroom apartment can sleep up to four guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed, there is one full bath, washer, dryer, full kitchen open to the dining and living area. This spacious apartment has ceiling fans throughout, a deck that overloooks Water Street with water views, hardwood floors, all new tasteful furnishings, Direct TV, and DVD. Located in the beautiful Figurehead building this apartment is convenient walking to shops, restaurants and beaches. This is a pet free and smoke free property.
Guests of the Veranda Apartment check in first at the Harborside Inn, located directly across from the Old Harbor Ferry landing. We have a luggage storage space if you arrive before check in time (4pm) or wish to stay later than check out time (11am).
Weekly rentals require the full amount paid at the time of reserving. For nightly rentals a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking if your stay is two days or longer. For a single night the full amount is due at the time of booking. For apartments, cottages and houses we will only refund your deposit in the event that your originally reserved time is fully rebooked. All refunds are issued less at $25 administrative fee.
We regret that we do not give refunds for early departures or late arrivals. There is a $100 security deposit per bedroom due on arrival on a credit card. This deposit is fully refundable on departure day as long there is no damage, smoking, no pets, extra guests, or noise complaints from neighboring guests.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required on arrival.
Lost key fee: $50 per key.
