Torrey Guest House
The Torrey House is located on Payne Road about a half mile from town and the beaches. This property is owner occupied and the rental suite has a separate entrance with a private deck & a widow’s walk. This suite can sleep 2 comfortably but will accommodate a family of four maximum. The bedroom has a queen bed and the sun room which is an adjoining room has a trundle day bed. There is a private bathroom, TV, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. The owners also provide two bikes for the guest’s use. Biking to town or to the popular swimming beaches (Crescent Beach) would take about 10 minutes.. If you are looking for comfort along with a quiet location then the Torrey’s Guest Suite may be the perfect spot.
Parking is available but a car is not necessary.
To reserve a room at the Torrey Guest House we require a 50% deposit on a visa or master card for two or more nights and 100% deposit for a single night. There is a six day cancellation policy. Cancellations with six days notice will result in a refund less the $25 administrative fee. Within six days of arrival the deposit is non refundable. We regret that refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures. There is a two night minimum stay at the weekend rate and three nights on holiday weekends. The Torrey Guest Room accommodates 2 guests with a trundle bed for an additional guest.
