Fieldstone House
Fieldstone House is located one mile from town (Old Harbor) and beaches on Beacon Hill Road.
This three bedroom, two and half bath house can accommodate a party of six comfortably or eight maximum. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. All three have flat screen TV’s. The living area has a queen pull-out sofa and Direct TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, full sized refrigerator, stove, and plenty of dishes and cookware to make preparing meals at home convenient. The Fieldstone House has all new furnishings, and flooring as of 2011. Amenities include wifi, outside shower, washing machine, dryer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave & blender. Bed linens and bath towels will be included with your rental. We ask that tenants be respectful of the owners who reside in a separate cottage on the property.
A spacious yard and deck allow for outdoor enjoyment for your family. The deck is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. Parking for two cars is available at the Fieldstone House.
This property will accept a well behaved dog with an additional security deposit. In the event that you plan to bring your dog, please be sure to also bring a note from your vet stating that your pet is on topical flea medication. Pets may not be left alone in the house unless crated.
If you book your reservation online and plan to bring a pet, please call or email our office as well to inform of the pet details.
Cancellation policy: A weekly rental at the Fieldstone House requires a full 100% deposit on a credit card at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel, reservations are only refundable if your time is rebooked fully. If we are able to rebook your time at the Fieldstone House your deposit will be refundable less a $25 administrative fee. We regret that refunds are not permitted for late arrivals or early departures under any circumstances. We are unable to issue refunds for uncooperative weather or for family emergencies.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required on arrival.
