Marchesi House
This five bedroom house has ocean views and sleeps 10 guests maximum. Marchesi House is located off of Spring Street about 1.5 miles from town (Old Harbor).
The main level has a modern kitchen open to the living and dining area with tall ceilings and hardwood floors. There are sliding doors that go out to the spacious deck from the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and is also located on the main level. There is a bathroom off of the kitchen area and another off of the master bedroom.
The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Also on the lower, ground level there is a second living space.
The third floor offers a fourth bathroom and three bedrooms. There are two twins in one bedroom and 1 double bed in each of the other two bedrooms.
This house has an outside shower, nice yard and beautiful views from the large deck. There is no cable TV at the Marchesi House.
Restrictions: Pets and smoking are not permitted. The rental rate does not include cleaning service, trash pick up, bed linens or bath towels. Minimum cleaning fee will be $200 for this five bedroom home. Deposit is due in full at the time of booking. In the event of cancellations, deposits are only refundable if your vacation time is completely rebooked less our $25 administrative fee.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required on arrival.
