Hendrickson House
This brand new building offers a fabulous location close to restaurants, shops and beaches (less than five minutes on foot). The Hendrickson house features five spacious guest bedrooms each with queen beds and private bathrooms. Our largest rooms will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Our other rooms are equipped for three guests. All rooms have ceiling fans and TV, and some have private decks. All rooms are bright and and beautifully decorated.
We are also proud to offer two spectacular new apartments. Both apartments have open floor plans and plenty of space for 6 to 8 guests. Each have fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Both have private decks. A car is not a needed when staying at the Hendrickson House due to its central location and proximity of Old Harbor’s activities.
Helpful Information About the Hendrickson House:
Smoking and pets are not permitted at the Hendrickson House. We regret that refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures under any circumstances. All rates listed do not include the 13% state and hotel taxes and all rates (unless otherwise noted) are nightly. There is a two night minimum stay at the weekend rate and three nights during holiday periods
To make a reservation in one of the new guest rooms at the Hendrickson House a 50% deposit is required upon booking on a visa or master card for two nights or more. For a single night 100% is due to reserve. Guest rooms require six days notice for a cancellation to receive a refund less the $25 administrative fee. Within six days of arrival all deposits are non refundable and changes may not be made. When reserving one of the apartments at the Hendrickson House deposits are only refundable less the $25 administrative fee if your vacation time is fully re-booked. No changes may be made within six days of arrival. For a weekly rental in an apartment the week must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Room Descriptions:
Handicap Room “HC”: Ground level, wheelchair accessible, 1 queen bed, private bathroom, large shower stall with handicap accessibility. 2 maximum.
Room 1: Second story room, 1 queen, single pull-out, private balcony and bath. 3 maximum.
Room 2: Second story large room, 2 double beds, full bath, small refrigerator. 4
Room 3: Second story two room suite, 1 queen, 1 queen pull-out, full bath, small refrigerator. 4 maximum
Room 4: Third story room, 1 queen, single pull-out, private bath. 3 maximum
Room 5: Third story room, 1 queen, single pull-out, private bath. 3 maximum.
Apartments:
Apt. 1: Second story 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. 1 queen in each bedroom, pull-out in living area, deck with deck furniture, fully equipped kitchen open to dining area, all new furniture and appliances. 6 maximum.
Apt. 2: Third story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. 2 queens, 2 twins, 1 pull-out in living room, fully equipped kitchen open to dining area, private balcony, all new furniture and appliances. 8 maximum.
