Harborside Inn
The Harborside Inn has been welcoming visitors to Block Island for over a century with its Victorian seaport charm. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Harborside Inn is located in the heart of Block Island’s main town, facing out over Old Harbor and the ocean beyond. The convenient location makes walking to the sandy beaches, as well as shops, restaurants and the movie theater just steps away.
All thirty-six of our rooms feature private bathrooms and TV and have undergone renovations as of 2009. Many have ocean views and others offer air conditioning. All rates are based on double occupancy. There is always a two night minimum stay on weekends, and three nights for holiday weekends.

There is always a two night minimum stay on weekends. On holiday weekends such as July 4th weekend there is a 3 night minimum stay at the weekend rate. The rooms at the Harborside Inn can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. We offer amenities at the Harborside for all our guests, such as wireless internet access, a luggage storage room, lobby restrooms, bike and moped rental discount coupons and island dining & entertainment information. Continental breakfast will be offered for our guests in July and August of 2009. If you decide to cancel your reservation, the Harborside Inn has a six day cancellation policy. We require six days notice prior to arrival to recieve a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Within six days of arrival no refunds will be issued.
