Fitness Center Apartment
Located at the beginning of Corn Neck Road, across the street from Crescent Beach & the Yellow Kittens (a popular night club), this 3 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
The Fitness Center Apartment has a full kitchen and three bedrooms; one bedroom with a queen, a second bedroom with 2 twins, and the third loft style bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a TV & small pull-out sofa. The queen room has it’s own bathroom, there is a second full bath off the the living area with a washer and dryer and a half bathroom off of the loft bedroom. Due to the close proximity to downtown nightspots, noise may be a factor when choosing the Fitness Center Apartment. A small tavern will be opening on the ground floor of the “Fitness Center” building in 2012. This rental is available on a nightly basis with a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on holiday weekends.

For Reservations at the Fitness Center Apartment a 50% deposit on Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is required to reserve for two days or more. For a single night 100% deposit is due at the time the reservation is booked. Refunds are only issued less the $25 administrative fee in the event that the reservation is fully re-booked. We regret that we cannot give refunds for early departures or late arrivals under any circumstances. There will be a 15% discount if rented for 7 or more nights.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
