The bedroom has a queen bed and door to the back deck. The tastefully decorated living area includes all new furnishtings, flat screen TV, & queen sized pull-out sofa. The deck is equipped with a gas grill, table and chairs and overlooks a grassy fenced in yard, perfect for children. There is a cute kitchen including all dishes, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, blender, stove, & refrigerator.
Other amenities include A/C (a rare ammenity on Block Island!) fans, wireless internet, & parking. Chapel Street Apartment will accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and is non smoking. A small dog is permitted with an additional security deposit. If you plan to bring your small dog (under 10 lbs), please contact our office to go over restrictions and security deposit information.
This apartment requires a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on a holiday weekend. There will be a 15% discount if rented for 7 or more nights.
