The bedroom has a queen bed and door to the back deck. The tastefully decorated living area includes all new furnishings, flat screen TV, & queen sized pull-out sofa. The deck is equipped with a grill, table and chairs and overlooks a grassy fenced in yard, perfect for children. There is a cute kitchen including all dishes, cookware, coffee maker, lobster pot, toaster, microwave, blender, stove, & refrigerator.
Other amenities include A/C (a rare amenity on Block Island!) fans, wireless internet, & parking. Chapel Street Apartment will accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and is non smoking. This apartment requires a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on a holiday weekend. To view 2012 rates including weekly discounts click on the “2012 Rates” tab at the bottom of this page. All posted rates may be subject to change. To secure reservations a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for a nightly rental. Please call our office to secure the special weekly rate. 100% is required at the time of booking for the discounted weekly rate.
